The cackling hens at the View are now... twisting their accusation about the Epstein files.
On the January 4, 2024, episode of The View, Whoopi Goldberg strongly denied online rumors and claimed a lists circulating on social media that implicated her in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. She made a big stink about it being fake...
Now that the facts are out that her name was on the Epstein list and this is what she has to say...
“In the name of transparency, my name is in the files.” Whoopi says. She then proceed to read a 2013 note included among the files, which asked an intermediary for Epstein if the disgraced financier would want to lend his private plane for her use to travel to a charity event.
“They are saying do you want to offer your G-II? This is my point … when I tell you people are trying to turn me into — I wasn’t his girlfriend. I wasn’t his friend,” Goldberg said. This event happened after Epstein was convicted and in jail.
“You were too old for him,” one of the co-hosts replied.
“I was not only too old, but it was at a time, you know, where this is just not — you used to have to have facts before you said stuff,” Goldberg replied. Yeah, she thought she could excuse her way out of this but then they released it with her name on it
“But Trump is on the list 38,000 times,” Behar said. So, it's a number game now instead of just being on the list, huh? Heck, you can be mentioned a million times but if you have not committed any crime, you're innocent. You can be named just one time and guilty if you have committed a crime.
“I can’t speak to him,” Goldberg said of the president,
“but I’m speaking about me because I’m getting dragged. People actually believe that I was with him [Epstein].” No, Whoopi, no one is thinking you're Epstein gf. They're thinking you're a hypocrite for pushing the BS that Trump was on the Epstein file so he's guilty and yet, your name was also in the Epstein file. Now, you're saying that just because your name appeared on the files does not mean you are guilty... precisely what common sense people have been saying. Even if you had taken a picture with Epstein... it could have been a social gathering or party and he wanted a picture with you and that's it. If Trump was guilty and had participated in these child orgies or sex act - lock him up and throw away the keys.
