Giggles_Shyly do you season your tofu?
as much as I try, i'm not a fan of tofu , everyone else in my family love it though
I make a semi-thick chicken stock, kool it down and soak the tofu in it before searing it in a pan. Tofu is all about transformation, it takes on the flavor of what its cooked with and the seasoning.
Not alot of people enjoy tofu because of the taste and or texture.
