Title: weird things that happened to you in life
Post by: P90xbox on February 11, 2023, 10:13:21 PM
paranormal encounters, divine intervention moments, fate vs. coincidence moments?

I have a few to share..baffles me til this day...but I'll share one for now.

I remember it was Christmas eve about 15 years ago. And I just got home before everyone else in my family from our family christmas gathering. I got into my room, took off my shoes and changed clothes. In the process I could have swore a heard a voice. It was a voice of a Hmong woman in the green dialect. It was as if she was scolding at her two children. it was something like "stop it you two, stay still"...

Our next door neighbor back then were HMong, a middle age couple at the time..but I never heard them spoke before, since they kept to themselve pretty much. a few days later I striked a friendly conversation with the Husband. He spoke in the white dialect, and I kind of dance around what I really wanted to know, but I evenutally got to know them a little bit, they have no young children and the youngest was at least in high school, his wife is  also white Hmong...lols besides the voice I heard was too close, like right in the same room..

I thought back, and then one day I thought back to all the dreams I've had that I can remember...and I did remember one time in a dream that I had a wife and two children...I'm not sure what the meaning was, but I think or I got the impression that I left them too soon from another life time or perhaps another dimension??? :-X :-X

I was around 12 or 13 at the time. It was a cold winter day and I just gotten up. First thing even before washing my face, brushing my teeth I went straight out to the backyard to check on my chickens. haha I had about  week old chicks in a wooden crate but notice the heat lamp went out. I rushed to the crate to find them cold and two of them on the floor just barely hanging onto life. I panicked and brought them inside the garage. I found a unused portable heater and hooked it up. I place the two barely alive chicks close to the heater and hoped for the best. I went to feed the rest of my chickens and other pets out in the backyard, check in on the chicks and I thought okay, they're doing better it seems. I went inside and finally wash my face, brushed my teeth, ate breakfast..and afterwards I went back out to the garage to check on the chicks. Only to realized the heater has died, and then realizing the chicks had also died. I looked at the heater and the "ON" light was still on but the heater wasn't operating...I took the loss and said I tried, but heartbroken..I unplugged the heater, replugged it and it worked again...I was just puzzled and didn't think much of it or tried not to...haha man...that was weird.

use to work at a place where I would logged into a mail tracking app of some sort. We have our own personal ID and password and own work stations, like a cubicle of our own. There were at least 10 of us processing regular mail and packages, with one doing all the high value mails/packages. There were two or three occasions where the boss would come to me and asked me Why was I processing the high value packages. Confused, I replied I'm not even trained or would I had permission, I think you are mistaken. He show me the processing record and it showed my ID and that the packages was processed by me or at least under my ID. my first thought was well did those packages get to their recipients, and if not, the guy usually doing the high value packages probably got a hold of my ID and password and trying to frame me..haha but then the guy who did all the expensive, confidential, high value packages was like, oh I meant to tell you guys but this wasnt the first time I've seen that ID processing some packages..so I thought, okay he didn't know it was my ID.okay there might just be a glitch somewhere the boss said.

truth was, I must of have been switching to different dimensions for quick periods of time..maybe I was indeed processing those packages but in a alternate dimension...ha ha I think, despite the boss saying its probably a glitch, I knew its probably me having kinetic powers or was living in alternate dimensions briefly..I no longer have this ability. at least it's not as strong if anything close to what it use to be...hahaha

driving home late one night after hanging out with some co-workers. I was running on 2 hours of sleep and been awake for the last 20 hours..lols so i came to a intersection and the light turned yellow right as I got to the crosswalk, so I floored it..Next thing I know a poolice got his sirens on and pulled me over. This was one of those old school type cops, and before asking me anything he blatantly asked in a stern tone "why did you run the redlight! what is the hurry!"...I responded "sir, with all due respect, I thought i ran a yellow light but not a red light" he was pissed..gave him my id, proof of insurance..he was in his damn car for a good  15 minutes...he comes back, and start accusing me of being on something...I was like what?? he kept pressing me trying to get me to confess something he thought is a possibility I was on some good stuffs..he then says, your eys are dilated, you're on some thing...I said no way sir, I ensure you I have no drugs, no alcohol, but maybe some nicotine in my system..he goes back to his car..this time he's in there for  another 15 minutes..and by then I was like, just give me the ticket, eventhough I disagree with it, I will just pay it and fugg it...haha well he comes back, tells me to take off my cap..not sure why..guess my clean crew military style haircut passed the test...lols so he handed me my license and POI. actually he kind off threw it at me right into my lap..lols..and all he said was have a good night and drive safe home. to make matters worst, he sped off before i can even pull back into the road...lmao

this just tells me, he knew damn well I didn't run no red light...that was when I learned that popos have quotas to make..as far as handing out traffic violation tickets, and who knows what else..he was out to turn someone into a scapegoat .I literally thought, okay this is gonna be it...I am going to go to jail for the first time in my life because of a crooked cop...I made it home and was shaken til the next day....For reals that was some serious divine intervention.. .if not I would of known what its like to get arrested...but thank goodness I dont and never will..haha

I think I once shared this story but under a different screen name and different era..but here it goes guys...

so in 3rd grade, yeah Im still a kid at heart..I don't know my fondest memories are when I was a kid..lols but in 3rd grade, my teacher would give us a raffle ticket everytime we do a good job...because I failed the first grade, I was a little smarter than everyone else..lmao at least that's what one girl I remember saying. "the reason he's so smart is because he flunk the first grade" no, I just think I have a lot more heart, because I fail a grade girl..lols She embarassed me big time...and if there were pyschiatrists back then like how there are today with a lot more research and resources, they would probably say to my mother, your child is not stupid, but he is too smart for his own good..you guys know, some of the world's smartest people were horrible in school....lols .. j/k...i think I had a mild form of autism, so I had a little difficulty learning.. but not much was known back in them 80's...

long story short, well, it's already a long story so far...i would get about 3-5 of these tickets on average a week...but something inside of me told me, just put one ticket a week in the jar...so I did that, I won 2 or 3 consecutive weeks in a roll. I can't remember if its 2 or 3 weeks or even 4 weeks..I just remember it was  consecutive and every week I only put in one ticket...the prize range from anything like a cracker jack box, to some stickers, or coloring book...the third or forth week, someone stole a lot of these tickets..so one day the teacher sat us all down, and with a sad and disappointing tone she told us all what happened and that there will be no prize drawing for the week....nor again anymore...she was heartbroken...

that same girl who embarassed me said "he stole them, that's why he keeps winning"....lols...the truth is or was, I kind of had a feeling who stole the tickets...and for sure, the teacher know who stole it...haha but kids being kids, we all probably didn't thought of, well if she pour out all the tickets and see whose's name is on the back of those tickets, then...you got your answer...haha and I think it was one of my friends...beca use i remember when the teacher handed me the prizes, he kept looking at the prize while talking to me...heck, i think one of my prizes went missing too...lols i don't bout today, back then we had a desk, and a built in drawer type thing under it where we but our books, pencils, etc...lols

any way, what were the odds...coincid ence or something more...my gut instincts say, just one ticket a week...I won 2 or 3 times...in a roll...I know the teacher knows Im legit..I'm almost positive she was just as shocked when i won 2 or 3 times in a row...Im sure by the 2nd or 3rd time, she would be suspicous and look at all the ticket's to see if I was cheating...lol s

fast forward, at one point, the lottery didn't want me to play, and the casinos wouldn't even let me touch the slot machines...lol s..jk...

it just dawned on me folks...that the real reason my 3rd grade teacher stop doing weekly drawings was perhaps she was creeped out by my luck..she probably did not believe in coincidences or luck..... :-X She was I think Malaysian, young 23-24, fresh out of college..first year teacher...so Asians being Asians...you guys get the idea...haha I don't know, if my somewhat super powers are good or evil, but I always do good with my luck, and everytime I do good, my blessing continues..so it's good...not evil..I am somewhat bless...haha

Im either unpredictable, misunderstood, or highly obvious..what im saying is...either im a great liar, or horrible liar..lols

but yeah, one time, man...i think I walked into a bank..hoping to get a loan. I wasn't always very good, if at all in my early years saving money. so one week, i was dead broke and fallen behind on bills..i've contacted my bank, they said no, sorry. I drove to another bank..sitting in the lobby waiting to get called...when the teller calls my name, and immediatly she said " we're not doing loans at this time"...it was almost like she read my mind..I was shocked...Usua lly the sign in sheet, they have you put down your name, the time you checked in, and the reason...I always leave out the reason...or perhaps a lot of people do when it comes to asking for a loan..so maybe she assumed, no reason, jsut another person with bad credit begging for a loan...but the way she said it...it was just so strange...like she read my mind..I said "oh okay" and walked out disappointed.. ...Fast forward years down the road....I went back...same teller...this time I said, no, Im here to deposit a large sum of cash....lols j/k...that last part did happen but that original teller was long gone or wasn't there that day..lols

another time someone read my mind.....I was looking for a chicken...a rooster to be honest...lols. .no, it wasn't for fighting..but I had a bad feeling, they were going to suspect that I'm wanting one to fight....but a very elderly lady on the line answer, I asked her about her roosters, and if I can come and see them...She said "I have several but I'm not selling them to people who fights them"....her roosters weren't even fighting roosters...lol s well, they'll fight other roosters but they're not known to fight to the death..only a few minutes at the most...they were more like ornamental chickens belonging to a Japanese breed group call the long tails...

honestly, I don't know...i think really I was just bored that day, and wasn't even planning to buy, but just wanted to go and see the roosters and perhaps making a new friend...lols. .. so I guess...we kind of read each other minds...she probably knew I wasn't serious, and I kind of knew they were going to think I'm planning to fight the rooster if I do buy...I was never really even into that stuffs...peopl e still don't believe me when I tell them, back in the 80s, I didn't know cockfighting was illegal...beca use Hmong people fight them all the time in their front yard, back yard, and cops drive by and neighbors dont care, some neighbors just stop for a minute or two to watch from across the street or they peek through the fence to watch, or some just get a ladder and watch over the fence and think its the best coolest thing ever cus they never seen one before, at least not live maybe....lmao

one time I was starting a new job...and although it's normal for people to feel anxious and nervous on their start date at a new job..I was particularly for whatever reasons ultra anxious..I supposed I heard a lot of bad things, but then I was in desperate need of a job at the time, so it was like beggars can't be pickers..So i got to the place about an hour early..lols..y eah an hour...waited in my car...contempl ating really hard maybe i'll just bail out and flake off...it was in a somewhat sketchy part of town, and seeing some of the workers coming and going all looked ghetto'ish...lols..I made up my mind, I'm just gonna sit in my car for a few more minutes and if IM still not feeling okay, I'm gonna dipped out...about a minute or two...someone pulls up and park next to me...got out of their car and have a smoke...next thing I know, we both kind of locked eyes and then we both knew. Hey I know you...lols so I got out of my car and we chatted..one of those people you know, not close, but just know...good guy..we both walked in...and big chunk of anxiety was lifted off...I ended up working there for a little over a year and it's true, don't ever go by people's reviews...it's usually always a personal expereince...a nd what you make of something...ha ha

anyway, on the flip side, I found a small part time job to supplement my already full time job...and someone I knew, but wasn't close to already work there for several years...The guy played it friendly, talked to me for a second, but after that, you get that feeling...they don't want you to bother them, not even walk with them, or talk to them....I didn't understand it at first, but as I got more life experience and work experience I get it....some people are too worried about looking bad because of who they associate with...and it's understandable if they hold a higher or high position at the job...and if they know you, but not that well, and its been a long while, they dont want to risk it if their position means a lot to them...

me I talk and befriend with anyone at work...i just hope they don't ask me for rides home everyday...lol s

speaking of giving co-workers rides home...I use to work at a place where there were only 15-20 of us working a shift there..small printing lable...during break one guy asked everyone of us for a ride home...and that he would give us gas money...the guys all said no, sorry, it is out of their way, or they have to go to their second job..you know...the usual routine...when he got me, I said, sorry, the car I am driving belongs to my brother and he told me specifically not to have anyone else inside the car with me because of some kind of insurance policy. he gave me a B.S look....I'm not sure, I'm usually pretty nice but somehow that came out instead...lols

long story short, months later, news broke that the guy got arrested for robbery and assault...to what degree, I don't know...but...t hey say, if you have good intentions, the force will protect you from bad apples...and when you're in need, it will send good people to help you...haha 8)

How I got the alias "the curse"...

Long while back. I worked at a pretty big warehouse. Working 10-18 hours a shift, 3-4 days a week. Here, people can get hostile and tensions high. I was quiet, kept to myself most of the time, and just do what I was asked of. I'm one of those people who don't want trouble, but trouble sometimes, if not often times come looking for me..In other words, when someone got something to put blame on, its me..when someone has to be the scapegoat its me..during this time, I hadn't really gotten out of my shell..I didnt really know how to respond or react. I guess you can say I was too nice, so I let people walked over me...

one day, while out on break with 3 other co-workers that I liked and were pretty much workplace buddies..One of the guys said, Hey P, you know what we need to call you? the Curse...I smile and he was like no I'm serious bro, I've seen all those who did you dirty, you know we work side by side a lot, I see how you get walked on and treated and I never spoke for you because I already knew boy, you are cursed....(really though, I think he was even more scare of me to speak up) lols

confused...the n he points out...what happen to this mofo, look what happen to that one Karen idiot..remembe r this punk..and the countless punks who did you duck up...they did you wong and they were all fire at some point....lols I left that place once I found somethng better..a lot better...

I miss that co-worker..Older black dude..He passed away about 10 years ago last time I check in on him on facebook..He really left a footprint in my life...for that I thank him, and til this day, I try to avoid confrontations first by preventing them from beginning in the first place, but if I have to put someone in check, I really don't think twice..But then again, we you carry yourself in a way where you don't display any or much weakness, nobody is really going to mess with you..

today I worked with a lot of younger guys..guys who once was quiet, timid, and shy like myself...I try to give them some life advice..not directly, but you know, I'll tell them, you have to say something man, you can't let that punk walk over you like that..Stop them in their tracks as soon as you see what they are trying to do.. Good to see these guys somewhat looking up to me...haha

Had a bad dream last night not sure about what, just knew I was not happy. Woke up feeling fine..Morning started fine. great actually. Afternoon comes around, and I get a package I was anticipating all week. Turns out to be something completely different..lol s I don't know why I got so agitated, I returned it immediately..L ike tape it right back, and drove straight to the UPS store. I was that agitated...lol s I think once they receive it, they're going to know I was pissed off to be getting a return so fast...lols

Have couple dreams similar, followed by similar days..bad dream, good morning, bad rest of the day afterwards...l ols Should of never taken that cigerette somone offer me at work the other day...yeah I blame myself for it.

Worked retail decades ago. Small community with a smaller Hmong population. Door had a digital chime that rung when it was opened.

Random morning, I came out from the backroom and came face to face with a little old Hmong grandma in traditional clothing asking "If I knew where the candy store was?". Imagine my surprise considering the door hadn't gone off. I kindly pointed to the store a few doors down and I swear she was gone in an instant...or at least that's what I remember. Til this day I'm still unsure if this really happened or if it was a very intricate hallucination.

Imagine my surprise considering the door hadn't gone off. I kindly pointed to the store a few doors down and I swear she was gone in an instant...or at least that's what I remember. Til this day I'm still unsure if this really happened or if it was a very intricate hallucination.

I know that feeling...feel ing of what just happen, was I'm tripping or did it really happen...this reminded me of a story where I met someone and was left a little of everything..ha ppy, confuse...

So when I was 17..my first heart break...lols.. you know, everyone remember's their first girl..lols and if she dump or broke you heart too, the pain can be extremely difficult to cope with.I think today's young men handles it a lot better..but my generation...b oy, I heard of boys taking their own like over stuff like that...but anyway, I was heartbroken... trying hard to wrap my head around everything that happened...

so one day, I went to the barber shop...it was during the Hmong new year in my town and I believe it was Thanksgiving day too..But those Vietnamese/Chinese Barbershops be still open..haha  so I get to the barber shop...and inside was a Middle age man waiting..I walked in, they greeted me and I sat down..All the sudden this man strikes a conversation with me..And he spoke Hmong to me.

"you are Hmong too?"

I said,

"yeah, how'd you guess?"

"because Hmong always been more handsome"

"I said, yeah I guess"..lols

I asked "you're not going to the New years?"

He didn't say anything, with his eyes close, and head bow down, he just gently shook his head.

then they called him over to get his hair cut..then shortly, a second barber shows up, so they called me over...

that mysterious man got his hair cut done, obviously before mines...so in my peripheral view, I saw him get up, thank the barber, tipped her, and walked out the door..All at the same time I was gently turning my head to watch him as best I could to where the barber was still able to cut my hair..lols...b ut I could of swore....As soon as the door open, he was gone...Like I didn't even see whether he walked straight forwar, left or right...

When my haircut was done, and ready to walked out..I asked the barber shop owner if that man was a regular..She said, that's the first time they seen him... :-X

don't know why, but the healing process for me started to begin, and after a month after that encounter, I was completely over my first girl....lols

Our first home was a two-story house. The floorplan was very symmetrical with a staircase dividing the house into two sections. One half of the house was the living area, and on the other side of the staircase was the kitchen and formal dining area. From the dining area you can see the open kitchen. One very bright Saturday morning I was by myself in the living room on the first floor. The house had very large picture windows in the front rooms and I had drawn the drapes fully open to let in the light. As I passed the stairs and stepped into the dining area, I was startled and jumped back. I even let out a small gasp. An illuminated figure of the previous owner was next to the refrigerator and he was in the midst of coming in my direction. He was also startled by me and stopped. His wife's back was turned to me and she was at the kitchen sink. They looked to be in their late 30s, but when we bought the house they were already in their 60s and retired. In that instance, I just knew that it was them even though they looked different.

Anyways, it only happened in a flash. They were kind of transparent, almost like the sunlight hit them in a way that revealed parts of them. They were the second owners of the house. The original owner built it and was only there for a year before selling it to this family. We were the third owners.

We live in a state that has to disclose deaths and there was nothing like that in the house before we bought it. We actually met the owners, who were very much alive and active. I think the house just had a lot of energy from the previous family who raised their kids there.

I believe you...It was a glitch in the matrix...haha no but I believe it. I heard of similar stories from people. it's more like a time travel thing..I think..but...i t's like the owl says, we'll probably never know how many licks it takes to finish a lollipop..haha

Co-worker asked me "Kings or Warriors?" I paused for a second, not really wanting to tell him, because afraid I might jinx the Kings..haha

he then said, right now, you gotta call it now....so If you from sactown, you know, we're a little hesitant to say we're King's fans...or even sport our King's gear on...lmao You gotta have balls..the media, past and present players didn't have very nice things to say about this city..i'd be lying if I say it didn't hurt our feelings a little..lols

But I see him wearing warriors gear from time to time..So I said, I don't know, but I think Curry is going to turn it up today...When in fact, I really wanted to say, I'm rooting for the Kings of course...hahah

He then goes...Yeah, but Curry's not really what he use to be, this season speaks for it...I was surprise he would say that..So I think really he was rooting for the Warriors, but didn't want to jinx his team so he did what I did, pull a bluff on each other...lols

well, looks like I jinx the Kings...And I was right on the mark. Curry turn it up big time..lols...

Co-worker left early to catch the game...He's probably gonna tell everyone that I called it right on the spot..I'm gonna tell him I was bluffing....lo ls

I'm a little disappointed, but I rather my Kings end their season and rest til next..They're not Championship contenders just yet, so no point really to go forward...lols I know the players themselves knows this....thus, they didn't want this game as bad as the warriwires..at least as bad as Curry did...lols...C urry see's too many old friends now enemies...Dura nt...He wan'ts Durant bad...Durant betray and left him dried...lols

every once in a while a bird will fly right before my car while driving..and it's not like a bird on the ground see me coming, it's like a bird just flying out of nowhere...I don't know why or if it's as common to others...but I don't know if it's a good or bad sign....hahah but this is some weird phenomenon...

other day a car on the freeway had it's whole exhaust system fell off. I didn't see it happened but just saw it on the ground..the car was about 1'4 mile away parked...I don't know why, without thinking I came to an abrupt stop just a few feet away from the parked car..I kindly asked the driver if that was their exhaust that fell off their car...They got out and said, oh so that's what it was? he look under his car and said yup...We both walk back to where the exhaust was, and with our most alert and careful mindset, he said to yell as loud as I can if I  see a car coming...while he attempts to fetch the exhaust....thi s was early morning so traffic wasn't too bad..so he was able to get the thing out off the freeway...I helped him carry one end of it and we walk back to our cars...I asked "you'd gonna be alright?" and he said yeah..thanks.. When my cousin passed away, we came home to find a glove slipped over the knob of our front door. Why would anybody do that? That has never happened before. I freaked out and instead of throwing it away in the garbage, I just took it off and flung it to a corner. The next morning that glove was slipped over the knob of our front door again. Why our door and not the neighbors? We lived in an apartment complex at that time. Even if someone thought the glove belonged to us, why didn't they just place it by the door? This thing wanted us to really see the glove. Naturally, I freaked out again and threw the glove in a garbage bin. I told myself, "If that glove shows up again I am calling the pastor and church."
Thankfully, it did not appear again.

Other strange things happened that week of the funeral. There was a praying mantis in our bathtub. Strange critters started showing up.

heard of stories where strange critters show up after a passing of a family member or loved one. I never experience anything similar to it..Only dreams of passed friends coming to say bye..haha not literally..but I'll dream they stopped by, and said they have to go b/c someone's waiting for them or that they would be late..and it's one of those dreams that felt real..haha another time I felt a warm presence and for some odd reason I start thinking about a friend. About 30 minutes later I was told that specific friend passed away. I was just uhh spaced out for a moment..

have to admit, I'm not a fashion junkie..I just always prefer that rustic, raggy look so I always liked my clothes looking faded, holes here and there..etc...I grew up like many Hmong kids my generation, one pant, one shirt, one pair of shoe every new beginning of the school year...haha sometimes my brothers and I borrow shirts, sometimes i borrow my sister's plain shirts...lmao

well, the wife asked me before bed last night, when are you going to wear your new clothes to work...lmao I said when I feel like it...so this morning I wanted to surprise her and sport a new pant and new shirt..She was so happy, but I told her I feel uncomfortable. .She asked why, and I said I don't know, my hunch is telling me it's gonna be a weird day...

got to work, and not even 30 minutes in, a co-worker compliments my shirt...3 hours later, another compliment my shoes...

I'm like whow, if people noticed my new shirt and shoes..They must noticed that I wear the same 3-5 shirts every week to work....they must feel sorry for me, like I can't afford any new clothes, and when I do wear new clothes they are happy for me.

Sometimes I get a hunch about something, how the day is gonna go...but can't pinpoint why until it happens...and for me, I think I subconsciously knew someone was gonna make me feel weird with my new outfit today..lmao

i do believe we all have gut instincts for a reason. the thing is, if you're not healthy, your instincts won't be accurate..lols

Those of you in nor cal might recall the incident where a Hmong guy shot and killed a security guard at the social security office. Well I remember that time quite well. Only reason why was I knew someone back then who works there and he told me that guard was super chill and loved, but one year he just change..Became the total opposite and was very aggressive and rude to people, even the workers. This friend went on to tell me, he even told his co-workers, they need to get rid of him before something or someone goes off on him..claims he told them just 2-3 days before the guard was shot and killed.
