Guo Wengui is accused of orchestrating a $1 billion fraud. Eyewitness News was there after flames broke out on the 18th floor of the Sherry-Netherland Hotel on Fifth Avenue.

Rich, but dumb. He could've hidden the money at the motel instead of a hotel.  ;D
