Former Minneapolis police officer Tou Thao was found guilty of aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter in the killing of George Floyd in May 2020.

Tou woke up one day to his worst nightmare. Could he have done anything differently, I doubt it.

Here's my take on this and it's only my take or opinion.
If you look at this whole case, you know that all of the four officers will be convicted regardless of their tiny level of involvement.
Why?
Well, the courts wouldn't want another riot that will now take down that courthouse, too, and more losses to Target and other stores.
So, it's clear: the conviction is not due to actual guilt but just to halt the mob.
Floyd is a martyr now though, for having lost his fake $20.00 bill.

Totally agree with this... They are convicting these cops just to appease the mobs, don't want more riots/lootings/arsons.
Floyd was jacked up on drug and he was committing a crime... If the dude was fighting and struggling with the cops, he does deserve to get that treatment. However, I don't know if he was struggling or fighting back against the cops.

He is just as guilty. He is an accessory to a crime.
He should get a lighter sentencing though.
I'm a good cop on paper. Had that was me, if I see something wrong and I have no authority over the situation, the least I can do is call dispatcher so that my voice can be heard that I am not a part of this chain gang. Give me 10 lashes.
