General Discussion / Because I'm so fat, the metal hinge in the driver's seat broke.

I took it into this mechanic.  Told him what was wrong, showed him the broken part and asked if I needed a new seat of if it could be mended.  He said they could weld it back on for $75.  I left it there and they welded it back on.  I came back and the bill was:

$85 diagnostic
$75 Welding service

I was like WTF??  Apparently, him talking to me about it was him diagnosing the issue.

When you first fall for each other, both have that lovey dovey, I can't live without you feeling of warmth and happiness, but years after you're married, it gets out of synch.  You'd have that feeling and he/she doesn't.  Then he/she would have it and you'd be totally not in the mood so you're unresponsive to their attentiveness.  You just wanna be left alone.

Gone through that yet?

1.  If someone files assault charges against you and you contacted them directly or had someone else talk to them and ask them not to go through with it, that's a crime in of itself.  It doesn't even have to be a threat.

He taught the monkeys to trade the coins for food.  The monkeys eventually started budgeting and gambling. The monkeys even tried to steal from other monkeys' savings and what was most curious of all.. he noticed that the monkeys learned to use the coins to pay for sex with other monkeys.

How should a guy react if you two ran into her ex.  Say one that you knew she really loved but didn't work out.  Should he observer how she treats him when the other guy is present?  Let's say if the ex was there and you all said hi, then you noticed she's kind of ignoring you or keeping her distance from you, like no hand holding, no eye contact with you.  What does that say? What should you do?

Such bullshipt.  They're always complaining about how Asians come into their community, sell them liquor, cigarettes, fastfood, etc. Don't give them good service, taking advantage of their people and building wealth off them poor niggaz.

So Republicans tried to promote Madison as a great place to live, encouraging people to move in and enjoy the good life.  But soon as the Mayor announces he's running for governor, all of the sudden, Madison is a horrible place to live. LOL.

Think about it.  They're paid to lie and make it sound truthful. He's obviously very good at it since he's able to lie well enough to convince bad guys that he's on their side.  So.. How hard would it be for him to lie and sound convincing to jurors? hmm?

I keep saying, public sector has no real incentive to be efficient and cut costs.  The people on top get all the money, drive the mercedes, bmw's etc.  They don't have to be the best at the job either, they just gotta have the contacts (networking).  When real work needs to be done, administrators can simply hire contractors to do the work for them.  The people at the bottom should just be thankful they still got a job.  This lady dared to question the system.  Result: got herself arrested.
