A bb gun is not a fake gun.  A bb gun is not a toy.  The jury is not stupid, yet they will let you believe they think the bbgun was not a real gun.  Are we too blind to see that he was considered guilty not because the Jury was stupid but because he was not white?

I love Trump because he says nice things about the people of Iowa, I love trump because he calls the people of Iowa stupid.  I love Trump because he said nice things about women,  I love Trump because he degrades women.  I love Trump because he likes Muslims.  I love trump because he hates mexicans.  Same for Muslims, blacks, minorities and poor people eventhought I am poor myself.  If I like Trump and vote for him, he is going to make me rich like him.

ever been shot by a bb gun before?  Fake?  I've killed small animals with BB guns before.  They probably thought it was fake too till they felt the cold steel enter their skulls.

Parent's attitudes have alot to do with it.  Some parents just don't care about their children so they don't do their part to help the kids succeed.  Parents should learn to control their kids and be an authority figure to help the kid understand discipline and to be respectful.

On the other hand schools can't expect parents to be teachers.  Children should learn schoolwork at school, not at home.  Don't be giving kids a bunch of homework and expect parents to work with them on finishing it.

Okay I didn't go through all the verbage because I've seen these discussions before but I'll say this. 
I used to be a Superman fan back when I was 8 but as I grew older and wiser, I came to realize that to build a character so powerful that you'd have to come up with something silly like Kryptonite as his weakness so the bad guy stands a chance is not very imaginative.  Therefore DC really appeals to very young generations where you wanna see an unstoppable character where as Marvel appeals to a wider audience.

A long time ago, back when I was in college. I came home for the summer and drove my little brother up to Table Mountain casino. On our way back, it was very late and my car's timing belt broke out on the lonely country road. We sat around in the dark till this one car came and stopped to help us. It had three older ladies in it. Around their early 30's. They offered us a ride into town and we got in. My brother was worried they could be ghosts but he didn't wanna be left alone so he got in when I got in. Soon as we got in, one of the ladies said "can we just kidnap these two boys and take them home with us?"

Okay. Turns out they weren't ghosts afterall.They were only cougars to us.   After that I stopped believing in ghosts.

College Life / College folks... Question for you.

If you're going to college [or not], see if you can answer this...

Pretend you're a professor or instructor and you're teaching a first year class.  You have several students who came to class on the first and second days, but then stopped coming.  They haven't turned in any assignments either.  They didn't drop out of your class.

Question is:
1.  Why do you think they'd do this?
2.  Do you think there's any way you can motivate them to come to class?  Perhaps call them and ask?  What would you ask?

When it comes down to it, the whole "Jury of your peers" concept fails when the jury is not of your peers and will never understand your viewpoint and will condemn you no matter what you say.

Compare this case to OJ's xase where majority of the Jurers werw black. Notice the difference in results?
