My motivations for staying with an employer:
* Positive company culture = happy employees
- Happy employees will feel like they can grow personally/professionally, will feel like they are valued/appreciated for their work, will feel like they can contribute positively to the company
* Flexibility
* Money
* Benefits/other factors
You don't own a car. How do you commute on the daily
or skinniest person can out run you. 
I heard that if your debt was charged off and sold to a collection agency, then you do not owe the debt anymore and should fight the collectors.
And they borrow my old pickup truck to move their junks. Talking about fuwkedup. Seen plenty of them poor imitators.

There is nothing more unflattering than ghetto Hmong people who finally made it. It's the same nonsense with Hmong who finally got educamacation.
I didn't grow up rich but I do consider my upbringing a bit more privileged than the average Hmong of that time. So it's no biggie for me. All I ever wanted was a loyal and honest guy who knows his role as husband and father, provides and protects, shares the same conservative values, and fears and loves God. Did I care if we ever got to travel the world? Nope. Wouldn't be missing much when you have everything you want and need at home.
Do we have to live in the biggest, fanciest house? No, because I got mad skills to turn any home into an Architectural Digest masterpiece.
It's funny because I married out-of-state and to this day there are some of my husband's relatives and acquaintances that don't know all about my family or have ever met them. So when they get their new house or their new jobs they make such a big deal, almost to the point of boasting. And so when they find out someone of importance is related to me or someone who is known for being affluent is a relative, they become real quiet.
My cousins definitely grew up affluent but we just don't talk about these things when we get together. We don't talk about their mini mansions, their luxury cars, their expensive toys, their high education, their lavish trips, etc.
So to prevent this, the husband needs to hit on his wife often so she doesn't miss it.
Or maybe if all she gets are hit on pick up lines like at hm n in public by strangers then she will become a pick up line whore. She will crave for it. Maybe best if we leave them as is so her virgin ears can detect another man's pick up line n will be distasteful about it.
Trial n error till she no longer yours. God made Eve the woman for man's enjoyment and his guinea pig to test out his theories. If it is legal to have 10 wives, he will still only get one. One is enough headache for him already he unless he's rich, here is a Benjamin, go buy yourself something at the mall n give me my free time.
Starting salary seems a little low?
Of course, I know nothing about the field, just basing my assumption off geographical location. Higher cost of living and all.
