...my motos spoiled me because they were just more thrilling to operate than my autos. My slowest moto is still more thrilling to operate than my fastest auto to this day so there was no point in investing time and money to tune and/or mod my autos.

With that said, the 1990s was THE era for tuning and modding autos IMO. Many folks were into it and nothing wrong with that, to each his own!  O0

I did a little bit of everything back in the early 90s. In 1992 I had a 87 Starion with bored block, valve job, Baker single cam, HKS exhaust and MSD. Also rode around on a 92 750 Gixxer, full header back exhaust, bored block and jetted with different sprockets front and rear. My 2nd car was a 88 Nissan Pulsar sitting on 13" ARE reversal wheels, lowered and it had 4 bazooka tubes with mids/highs and all the amps to go with it.  The good old days.....

In 1992 I had a 87 Starion...

A cousin had the Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth version, the Conquest. Nice little 80s car with some punch when I drove it.  O0
