i thought life couldn't be worse for wear
but you are like a big o' tear
when i patch you up and i think everything will be ok
you streak through my bright sunny day
you cloud my sun and burden my soul
how much more sorrow must i know
life, you have been so cruel as of late
my relationship with you is love and hate
I don't really like you as of this moment in time
because you seem to want to take what is mine
let me laugh a little more and pack away my tears of pain
couldn't life just be simple dull and even plain
I am done crying
Life, please have mercy
