He's leaving..why does he need to do that? This guy is bitter indeed and putting the country at risk for his ego.

He's trying to make sure the certifications are not happening for the swing state or manipulate, and then manipulate the electoral college to his favor and then if that doesn't work, he's taking alll the way to the Supreme Court. Worst Pres. Ever.
