Johnson & Johnson Ordered To Pay $8 Billion In Male Breast Growth Case

A Philadelphia jury on Tuesday said that Johnson & Johnson must pay $8 billion in punitive damages to a man who says a drug manufactured by the company caused him to grow breasts.

Well this is a slam dunk if the prize money is not being shared with anybody else other than his team of lawyers.   

minus 33% cut to them lawyers
minus plastic surgery to get them man boobies out

Still a billionaire

This case is better than those that won only millions but the person still stuck with cancer.

The judge made the right call but I can almost guess Johnson and Johnson will appeal the ruling to a lesser amount.
