Hardcore porno sites' got plenty...for free!  But if you're looking for a free virus scan, try www.filehippo. com and www.snapfiles. com.  These are trusted sites as far as I know.

i'm trying to update the anti virus on my desktop, been over 3 years since i've powered it on. thanks

I only use my computer to come online but yesterday I got all these Security Shield that is popping up on my screen constantly so what can I do to get rid of it or should I purchase a software?

Hi, no need to spend money.  Follow the link below; download, install and run AntiVir.  You should be fine.  If you have windows 7, use Microsoft Security Essentials (also found on same website).

usually malware and spybot programs are the ones causing the popups...

just stay away from dangerous sites...
