...anybody else have this problem or have a solution to it?
When it restarts a blue screen pops up with all these infos saying error message, rebooting to prevent further damage, etc, etc.
-
So many variables. Most instances of these is a failure of some sort of hardware -- RAM, HDD, CPU/HSF.

would it be ok or solve the problem if I disable or uncheck my autorestart setting under system restore? because it keeps saying rebooting to prevent further damage to computer, I'm kind a afraid of disabling my auto restart.

Auto-restart is made for the specific purpose. I would not advise disabling that feature, so if anything, try to see if you can track back to what you did before the errors occurred. I think it's something to do with one of your hardware components.

When you get the blue screen of death. Sometimes there's a error telling you what's the factor of the issue. You kind of have to read quick before the blue screen of death disappears. Mine was a software conflict. Back track in your mind what did you installed recently. That's a good way to figure it.
Like this one right here. It reads 'The problems seems to be cause by the following files: SPCMCON.
PAGE_FAULT_IN_ NONPAGE_AREA'

I did resolve mine. I just uninstalled the recent programs that I downloaded. I don't see the blue screen of death anymore.

You may go to safe mode and restore your OS to a previous date. If you were just recently installed a software that caused it.
