What's the code for it?  The alt/print scrn button does not work.

depends on the keyboard...on mine it is, fn+prt sc

ctrl+alt+prt sc for the whole screen.
alt+prt sc for the current window.
on laptop keyboards you might have to press fn+ctrl+alt+prt sc

if you have windows 7 just use snipping tool

If you have a mac, it is: command, # (shift-3).  Your image will automatically be saved on your desktop as a PNG.
