I work part-time at the return desk at Target and I had a white guy and his son came in wanting to return Starcraft 2 because it wouldn't work on there computer.
I told him that games cannot be return due to the copyright law and he's stuck with it.
He became furious and I asked him what kind of computer he has and he didn't know.
He told me that he didn't give a crap about hardwares blah blah and that he expected to buy a computer game to play on a computer.
I said to him that its not like an xbox where you can buy any xbox game and it will work, that PC games requires minimum requirement.
Man some people... lol just thought I'd share a story about an ignorant man.

I guess he didn't read the back of the game box.

So what happened? Did you get him a refund? Did he call a manager? Exchanged Starcraft 2 for Mahjong?

Nope, you can't refund a CD once its open... It isn't just the store policy its federal policy due to the copy right law infrigment. Ofcourse he went out super pissed but hey... more research next time.
