Title: Should I get Sony RX100 II or Samsung NX300?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask about camera but oh well.

Anyone have camera experience who can tell me which one I should get? or recommend me to something better around $500-$700 range?

I got a sony one with 120 Gb harddrive with $699.99 + tax and it works wonderful since day one til now. I got it for almost three years now. But the choice is yours.
