i change it everyday...rul e of thumb is to have 60% vegetable and 40% fruits...veget ables that i've used are kale, spinach, celery, lettuce, broccoli, and radish...fruit s: kiwis, grapes, apples, oranges, pomegranate,raspberries, strawberries,tomatoes, blueberries, peaches, ect...and i always add at least half a cup of orange, passion fruit juice, apple juice, or water to add a bit of sweetness and to make it blend easier...you can be a lot more experimental and try other combinations.. .don't do onion though because the smell was too empowering...g ood concoctions!!! :)

no problem!...just remember what you put in the best drink you make, otherwise it changes all the time...however, i don't mind the different taste everyday... O0 O0 O0

if you didn't know...i'm lactose intolerant...s o for many years i've suffered from eating all dairy products...lac taid pills are somewhat helpful...one of my biggest struggles is swaying away from eating 'french onion dips' for chips or my wraps...i've recently switched over to 'hummus' as a dip/spread...and thank God it's working wonders, plus the nutritional benefits!!!
if you're not into hummus, please try it...i used to buy this brand from the grocery store...

almost everything i make, i try to keep it simple so that the calories aren't horrific...plu s i love eating the traditional food with regular salt to taste and let the herbs remedy anything else...

Oh man, definitely. Golden plump chickens grown on corn and soy feed, hormones, and antibiotics... It's not even a ckicken anymore, the way nature intended.

ewwww and they taste disgustingly fat!!!...for some odd reason, i only use them to make khoj poob...btw...y ou're going to have to hold off on the chicken and tofu because someone snuck into my freezer and cooked my last killed chicken... >:( >:( >:(

DM, is it okay if I call you that? Anyways, what is this fast way of deseeding that you mention? I love pomegranate fruits, but find it troublesome since I pick and eat one seed at a time.

I knew a Filipino guy...
I was hanging out with some other Filipinos and some friends outside and then that Filipino guy came outside and pointed to five of us and said balut...
I asked my friend what does he think that meant...
He said probably wants us to eat balut...
Then I kinda secretly made myself disappear....
