What's her intention here? Does she think beating child will quiet the child down?

And I can't believe the video person just takes videos without screaming or doing anything else. One weapon after another the mother pulls out.

I couldn’t watch the whole video.  I can’t believe there are parents like these.   :-[  :angry5:
