my exhaust pipe is black as hell
and it drip water and blow black smoke

Why do you need "smog". I thought you said, there's "no smog in wi"...Oh that's right, it was another epic fail claim made by hmgFRAUD...Oh well...more entertainment for me... O0 ;D

It is not what on the outside that counts. If it is, I'll never buy a new car in the Midwest. After a few years, there are rust under your car. All them salt to de ice the road corroded your car yo.

NOT you personally because you're a fraud.. but the fact is some parts of WI do required smog test just like some parts of CA require it so your "no smog in wi" is as big of a fail as your other epic fail claims i.e., "no fence in wi", "no armed guard at wi stores", etc...
