Title: Whenever you hear someone say "You people..." in there statements..

Be careful with that person.  He/She's a racist.  They see you as different from them when they refer to you as "you people"

Here's someone saying "You people are being so rude" then follows it up with "Oh look who's leaving, all the black people".  This was a graduation ceremony too and she was the principal:
