fishermen but first things first...

If you like peace and quite, visit on a non-holiday weekday like today and seeing school bus transporting kids is a good sign because when they're out of school, it could add more foot traffic  O0:

I have never surf fished before...might have to just put that on my bucket list.  O0

Some folks really enjoy surf fishing because they can catch stuff that the ocean provide i.e., skates, crabs, fish, etc., Here's a photo of a surf fisherman and his catch at Baker Beach:

I would like to catch a flounder from the ocean or maybe a smaller yellow tuna.  O0

I know I would eat those for sure.

I say if you're not a good swimmer, don't go too deep into it ..might get caught in an undertow...

With that said, surfers love the "waves"...That's really all they look for  8):

You might just catch a rare tuna. So can eat yourself or you can sell the tuna for a few million dollars to the sushi king.

cool.....I did some fishing myself.  Spent a couple days up in Park Rapids.  Caught a lot of LMB.  But they're pretty small, one to two pounds only.
