That's only one of its bones--the femur. Just imagine how big it may have been.

What I want to know is the rate of growth.  Doing so will tell us the story of their mortality rate.  It is like you wake up one day, you grew 1 foot and you see a difference daily.

Like our pet dogs.  From puppies to adult in just 1 year.  From birth to death in about 10 years so you can see a big difference per month to your pet dogs.  With humans, some people just looks the same, no matter how many years have passed on by.
