i turned the big 4' oh this summer... :'(

i went to a bsb concert a week or so ago... 200 bucks a pop...

my 17 yr old ac unit died on me a few days ago... luckily it wasn't my compressor... i basically replaced a lot of components from the capacitor to the fuses to the contactor... i also had a technician top of my refrigerant... 17 yrs and it just needed 11 ounces to top it off...
compressor was good... had this gone out... i would have needed a whole new unit...

this was the old contactor but i replaced it with new one... to the left is the new capacitor...

a new ac breaker junction box... 240 volts will kill you so be extra careful when dealing with electricity...

tore down a broken fence and put up a new one... cost: 3K...

80 feet of fencing and not no 60 feet of fencing... lol!

my must haves when traveling... i have/had annual fishing licenses in more than half a dozen states... california, texas, nevada, utah, colorado, nebraska, kansas, oklahoma, north carolina, florida, montana... i help boost state(s) revenue... lol!

imma mini-van guy... i plan on lifting my mini-van 3.5 inches... that's once i finalize the purchase of a new all-wheel drive mini-van... lol!

with regards to your fence, did you ask your neighbor to help with the share of cost?
i did but they said that they could not afford it... what's a neighbor like me to do... the fence was front facing them... and three of the 11 fence posts had rotted and up rooted...
like i told my family members... if 3k was going to make me poor i would have a cow about it... but 3k doesn't hurt my pocket book all that much... plus these neighbors as nice ad they are... the city had to threaten them with a fine before they would cut their 30 feet high tree that had died in their backyard... a safety concern...
i am glad they did because it could have fallen over and crushed my house... anyway, i ended up staining their side too because i knew that had i not... they wouldn't of... 400 dollars in stain alone... i love my fence though... lol!

lol... i'm far from rich but i ain't poor either... middle-class american... 1.9/2k in lumber alone... a couple of buckets of stain and some paint brushes and rollers... a jack hammer and auger... color coated deck screws... yeah 3k after said and done and itemize... it beats paying folks for sure but my body could use some massaging... lol!
