Title: So passing through Fresno, and I saw this progress next to HWY 99

The high speed rail is still going...slowly and billions of dollars and thousands of jobs created but surely:

I thought that was just another fwy/bridge connection and not the speed rail.......... .

Trains derailed themselves from time to time. 

Now with being that up high and if derail, it will be ugly 

if the project is a bust, just add water on the bottom and I'm fishing off that bridge  :2funny:

But other countries have had them for awhile now. It's ONLY new (and "usual") in the US.

Took a while such as trying to buy lands off the local central valley farmers and get pass other red tape steps but that's the California High Speed Rail project connecting the north to the south...At the moment, the project is estimated to cost $100 billions...be complete by 2033..
