This English needs correction: "I take full responsibility for my actions as they neither met my expectations or the expectations placed upon me as a judicial officer..." Jacobs says.

High school students are taught and professional English users know about "neither...nor" and "either...or." This guy does not seem to know the distinction. He also seems to be the kind who will say things like "they yelled at my colleagues and I" when it really should be "my colleagues and me."
