Title: guy's semen is replaced by another man's semen after bone marrow transplant.

Weird science here.  Guy gets a bone marrow transplant.  He ends up having the other guy's DNA and it spreads to his blood cells and even his semen.  So now, his semen contains the other guy's DNA.  It's almost like being cloned.
