Title: to put up a wall (fences)....or not to put up a wall (fences)

i think my neighbor will look at me with the eyes
and say WTH am i doing
i get along with all my neighbor
love thy neighbor

i can leave my stuff in the back and no one will come and steal it

I have fences around my backyard. Not sure if I should put up taller walls though. They cost too much.

My leaf rake was missing
Later that day it reappear
My neighbor just borrow it to rake his leaf
