Title: S&P500 and NASDAQ
Post by: w1s3m0n on February 01, 2020, 03:56:38 PM
Did you know most index funds who are indexing the top 10 biggest company have huge risk exposure to a massive correction?  Make sure you know what’s in your fund.  The top 10 biggest company make up around 20% of the S&P value and around the same number for NASDAQ.  If they get a 20% hair cut on a correction, the S&P would be falling rapidly.  Apple had almost a 5% haircut after closing some store in China.  You see how fragile the top 10 biggest are???  We may see upwards to 35% correction on them in a market recession or more.  So if you are deep value hunting, where should your money be at?  Where some big thinker think are in biotech stocks looking to disrupt.  Biotech is hard to invest because it’s such a risky business.  But for the winners they are going to the moon.  Case in point, Regeneron, Exact Sciences, Illuminia, etc... in the past several years.  Technology there are deep value too.  I would caution anyone who blindly throw money in indexes if you think the stock market is overvalued.  Also, if you are passive, become more aware of the market, so you know how your money is going to work for you.  With that said, as long as the FED continue to print $$ and companies continue to buy their stocks with fiat money, it’ll keep going up.  So how the fed behaves is how one should think about their investment.

I made almost 2x of your account value what you just posted in 1 month...and I'm not even that good.

Btw, I achieved this by using very low risk.  I didn't use margin, and I used less than 5-10% of my account per trade, and my account is very small too.

Exactly my point that you aren't an active investor.  You simply plug and play to your 401k plan and post online.  NO SKILL REQUIRE.

I don't need to post a pic...I don't have an ego issue like you.  Just letting you know, that some of us are legit, and don't need to brag about our peanuts.

Why do that for a "LOOONG TIME" and still be a "small fish" when you're the "hmong Nostradamus and is always right"?  ???

Agree with the "NO SKILL REQUIRE" point...

I told you my entry on TSLA put option...26.xx ...it is now sitting at 40.xx  I sold too early.  I don't have time to clip, save to the cloud, and insert.  I don't have an ego problem.  Besides, I only work if someone pays me and I charge a lot...at least $150 per hour.

Are you an adult or a child?  I'm starting to think you have mental issues...sorry if that seems offensive, but who writes like you in caps and red?  Since you are asking for evidence, it's all time stamped brother...  Don't need to make things up.

FOMO, and Hedge Fund Short Covering.

TSLA Put option at $700 for the end of the month.  the cost basis of 26.51.  Let's see if I make more $$ or lose my principal...I like to play the lottery sometimes when it seems favorable.

About OPGN, I told you I sold for a profit.  You trying to be right again.  Do you have a girl friend or a wife?  Do they know you are an ego maniac?  Scarey...You are the type that we might hear 20 years later shooting their family being a ego maniac/narccist.

I see.  You like to troll people.  I try not to be a troll because the troll monster comes out.  He's nasty and ugly.  It's something I've worked really hard not to let come out.  I'm glad to have you test my troll monster protection system.

Young grasshopper you are learning.  You are RIGHT!  Why is it that every day there is a correction in BIOTECH?  I'll tell you, due to the fact the day prior the biotech went parabolic, and so it must correct.  So you got two options as a trader or 3:
1) You can play gap up and go and ride the wave up, or
2) You can do what is called parabolic shorting, and ride the wave down.
3) Do nothing.

I've done both.  I long bias so I look for the gap up and go.  I gave you OPGN as a gap and go, and then had I had the balls and shorted it, I would have made money 2x.  But I opted not to.
