Title: Duma, what's the word on this casino? The amount's like Jerry Yang's poker win

..So the "malfunction" reason has been used before at other casinos in the past as well ...Therefore, sounds like the house is happy to take their customers' money but refused to pay out when one of their customers actually hit the jackpot??  ???:

Most casinos have a disclaimer that machine error will void all plays

When I hit my 10g last year and 8g this past january, took them forever to come out and pay me.  Looks like they have to watch the camera to see if I cheated or if the machine malfunction somehow.  I got my money though, minus the 24% I told them to keep cuz I don't like uncle sam coming after me.

Hard for her to win as the house is more powerful.  She probably got offered a buffet instead.

However, a glitch in a system for a raffle at another casino that picks 2 grand prize winners.  The casino ended paying both parties as a PR stunt to lure back their loyal customers.

Must be an error malfunctioning cuz if the machine does not show a grand jackpot prizes then there is no hell way you will win a figure larger than life like that.

I don't even think I have seen any progressive jackpot in the 8 mil amount although them high roller vegas slots may have them but here's the thing though.  High rewards yields higher risk so the house may ask you to bet $1000 a pull if you want to hit them millions.

this lady bet was under $2 so no way the maximum payout would be that high.  I'm surprised she even got a lawyer to represent her.    I guess you can say that 33% lawyer's fee will get a starving lawyer taking your case cuz if I was their lawyer, I wouldn't.

Maybe and I say maybe and perhaps the laws are different in each states cuz in cali, if it is a mandatory to put a disclaimer to warn customers?  I just dunno

They all do, unless its someone's house or a back alley casino that's run underground.

From your ignorant statement, you obviously don't know anything about casinos.

Good, now that you admitted your flaw, go back and look up how progressive jackpots work and how house jackpots work.  Then come back and pretend you knew all along.  ;D
