Title: i bought my house.... during the 2008 housing crisis for dirt cheap... PHOTO

started seeing all these $100k - 200k houses drop to like $20k - 50k
they are good houses too, man

i got lucky, man
pure luck...
life been good to me

anyways

i just found out today, that i have an extra slump pump in the house
tuck somewhere in the back out of sight that i never brother to look at
it look rusty, so i got it out and change it
gotta be at least 20++ years from the previous owner
