I rather live in my ordinary home then a mansion in the Midwest; I rather stay in the bay than the Central Valley. Even if the government was to pay me 1 million to move to the Midwest for X amount of years, I would turn it down without a hesitation.

10 acres of land

Pay this off in no time

but get shot by rednecks cuz you a nasty wuhan china man representative that is moving into their neck of the woods.

Add 100K to put up security fencing and motion detector camera and guns, lots of guns and signs that says private property, trespasser will be shot on sight. 

No way to live like this.  Best for a minority is to live in another minority infested community for protection or at least we all become wuhan survivors together once we get through of this one first.
