Trump is right. Parts of New York should be quarantined and travel restrictions enforced. Wasn't it Cuomo who was going off the rails just the other day about how NY needed more ventilators, masks, and supplies? He was also scolding New Yorkers to stay inside. Now he's acting like it's nothing.
