SAN FRANCISCO – The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a class action claiming that the U.S. failed to protect the Hmong people from atrocities perpetrated by the communist government of Laos after the Vietnam War. The court ruled the claims are “nonjusticiable political questions.”

This is why both liberals and Conservatives of U.S. want foreigners to depend on them for $$$$ and weapons of destruction so they can divide and conquer other countries.

Here's an example why the U.S. was doing this fake empathy and lies to Israel so that both Jews and Palestinians kill each other and hate one another for decades. The U.S. were providing weapons to both sides - Zionists from Jews and ISIS from Iraq, not Iran & Palestinians. That's why there was a wall built at the border.
