been doing pretty good trading stock, make alot of money
want to spread the wealth and goods amount my family and relatives
took the wife's RAV4 and went out this weekend all by myself
I was going do a cookout for the family and relatives to eat
but with virus, we can't this spring
so i just butcher and spread the meat around
this cow breed usually cost $1200, but since now steak restaurant are close
the dude has ton of cow and let me have one for $600 O0
can barely fit all the meat in my wife's RAV4
some had to ride with me in the front :2funny:

So i was able to just cut it up into portion size
Even debone some of them

I've been here a few times, HWY 55 North of Fond Du Lac. They had some Angus a few years back. Not sure if they have any now.

they pretty good eating too
they raise some good hmong chicken, pig, and cow

Slaughtering a cow is easy, especially if they have a lift, like the one on HWY 55. They hang it up and all you do is strip the skin using a filet knife.
Then cut up the cow in pieces and into your truck.
If they don't have a lift, need 4-5 guys to hold the legs while you take the skin off.
Much easier than killing pigs... or chickens.
