My goodness, it's so comfortable and the cool feature is nice to have on warm/hot nights..about the only negative is the cheap tool that broke during the depressurized process but really not a big deal  O0:

Does it smell? Many model mattresses are nice but when you buy new, some new smell are not very pleasant. We are due for two new mattresses now.

No smell. They do recommend to let it sit for 1-3 hours during the expansion process after it's out of the shrink wrap..before laying on it.
