Chesapeake Energy Corp. (CHK) - Get Report shares plunged lower Tuesday, before being halted by officials on the New York Stock Exchange, amid reports that the shale oil and gas producer is preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The potential filing, first reported by Bloomberg, could hand control of the Oklahoma-based group to the creditors holding around $9 billion in outstanding debt and send shockwaves around an industry struggling to cope with this year's 40% plunge in U.S. crude prices.

I spoke and bough it when it was super low in the 30 cents or so...
Took a peak yesterday and overall, Mine grew to 800%+ in the green. Sold some of course but left some cuz I still want action in this one. It went down big time. My ticker is WLL, straight up market manipulation and insider trader to trap the public's money. Investigation on the way and I wouldn't be surprise if I would get a letter in the mailer as well to join their suit, even though I already sold it for a profit.
