Works really good for me
I lose 20 lbs in like 2.5 month
Basically no pho, rice, noodle, sushi, breads, etc...
You just eat meat, beef, pork, chicken, fish, and fat, etc...
Might feel weird at first
But thats weakness leaving the body

Proteins don't help you lose weights. They make you gain weight. lol
Fibers like rice, breads, veggies, and fruits fight off constipation. ;)
