Just putting it in a SAVINGS ACCOUNT like our parents did
We will never be rich like them white man
Because the interest rate is sooooo low
Inflation will just eat it all up overtime

You gotta invest and buy stocks

The idea is to go 90% in stock and 10% bond
As you aged up and reaching retirement
You slowlymove to 10% stock and 90% bond

You can change the % depending on your tisk tolerance
Some go 40% stock and 60% bond

If you are new and just started out
You get something like

Ticker symbol

$VTI     Total market you own all large, med, small cap stock
$VOO     You own the s&p 500
