Title: You know the Left have gone the deep end when they even consider paying murderer

To prevent murders in the great wonderful city of Baltimore, an activist suggest paying the murderer(s) so they won't murder people.

First, it was defund the police... now, it's pay the criminals. What a great country we live in where criminals are rewarded and law abiding citizens are punished.
