Title: These Hmong kids speak fluent Spanish

...kind of like many of the Hmong kids here that speak fluent English. Like many Hmong kids here, I'm sure they don't speak Hmong very well either or at all... ???:

Go to Vietnam and find Hmong kids speaking Vietnamese.

Go to France and you know what you'll find.

Same for Thailand and Burma and China.
