Every prison has bibles. The probability of every inmate comes out of prison may changed or haven't changed. Later on they'll go back to their old habits. :D

I have two brothers who got out of prison and they go back to their own ways. They haven't learned anything from their past mistakes.
Matthews 23:25-26
25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and the plate, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. 26 You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and the plate, that the outside also may be clean.
First examine yourself then your overall appearance changed so the Holy Spirit may enter. Holy means "Pure" and you have to get rid of all your sinful natures first to receive the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit do not reside in a official shell that belong to somebody who sins a lot and nonstop.
