Too many cons and greedy people in Laos, people should donate cautiously if it’s going there. Dated back to the times before emails or internet, my family would hide money inside cassettes or sewn in a masked area of clothing and never make to intended people because owner of the addresses would go through everything before passing it to recipients. Instant money to Laos now and folks there treat folks here like atm machine.

If spy hits 500 at end of this year(your 2nd prediction) then your 1st prediction is dead wrong because it would only be 8 months. Both your predictions contradict each other.
