..so be aware of what can be under your hood trying to stay warm:

Even in some parts of CA, it can get cold in the Winter too...My friend rescue this kitten under his car's hood:

there was a guy at my work place who had a muskrat under the hood of his car.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how long this carcass has been there but was found yesterday wedged at the corner of the hood. RIP
