Redwood Forest in California Is Returned to Native Tribes
Ownership of more than 500 acres of a forest in Mendocino County was returned to 10 sovereign tribes who will serve as guardians to “protect and heal” the land.
Been there and it's beautiful there. Here are the photos I took:

The air smells cleaner and fresher in the north coast too IMO..

Ok, so it will return to the native, now can people still visit? Who will maintain security, the national park etc...any info on that? OR are we now visit at your own risk?

I'm sure it'll be like other attractions around the country that's run by the natives...For example, Monument Valley is owned and operated by the Navajo Nation..
When we went to Monument Valley, we paid the entrance fee at the gate, checked into the hotel inside of the park and then did our tour so pretty similar to the National Park system. Here's a photo I took from the patio of our hotel, The View:
