Payment for Order Flow (PFOF)
Robinhood, Webull
(Free-commission brokers)
Routing our buy orders to an off exchange market (dark pool) with no impact on price in the direct market — like the nasdaq or nyse exchange. So when we buy thur free-commisision apps our buys are not hitting the market. Its goes into dark pool until those shares are filled by Market makers (MM). No one really knows how long these orders are delay. But it comes down to price manipulation.

might be off a couple of cent every now and than

Price can be controlled by Market makers. Price is not guna move up when you buy thur PFOF. Market Maker buy stock xyz .50 cheaper and sell it to you for more. They profit the .50 cent differences. Do this over and over they’re guaranteed to make money all the time.
Money Markets are the wholesalers they’re profiting off retailer investors. They want people to buy and sell often because the volume of shares going through hand exchange — theyre profiting all the time.

You know PFOF is banned in S.Korea, UK, and Canada. We’re just one of the countries that allows it.

Price can be controlled by Market makers. Price is not guna move up when you buy thur PFOF. Market Maker buy stock xyz .50 cheaper and sell it to you for more. They profit the .50 cent differences. Do this over and over they’re guaranteed to make money all the time.

Anyways the whole stuff about Market maker. Citadel is both a MM and a hedgefund. They have the upperhand to control the price or short it if they want. Too much leverage for Citadel or Virtu. Thats why the SEC wants to enforce new rules.

FB will still do good when they roll out the metaverse. A. set back because they lost users. People are jumping to the next shinning object which is Tik tok or Snapchat. And I think FB had a lot of repercussions because they start to do a lot of censoring.

Are you mad cuz your order is getting fill 5 cent over market value???
Set buy limit if you that worry
5 cent over is not alot
DUMA set his stop loss at 10%

To buy and sell
You can set a percentage like 5-10% whatever you feel
And when it hit
It automatically sell or buy
You can set buy and sell limited
So you always buy it @ $10 and not $10.10

Back in the days dark pool use to be 35%. Now its they’re just using dark pool to short stocks.
