you leave the heart and lung in there
along with the liver and kidney.. etc...
you only take out the stomach and intestine out

it's hard when you don't attend family event and help out

we would just ask the shaman for what he need
can't drag and kill the cow at home

the shaman is out in the farm with us performing his stuff
than we kill and he finish his thing back at home
sometimes, he don't come to farm
and just want us to bring the head
so it's all YMMV

than they will just leave all those heart and lung etc.. inside
