we have government assistance like RENTAL HELP
i know a single mom who pay like $50/month in RENT
without it government assistance...

To win this poverty game, what they do is send one person in the family to the bay area and make double that. Eat ramen while sending the rest back home to mama. Sacrifice a few years of saving and mama can afford a house there.
I'll do just that if I'm planning to retire there. Then again, I don't have any family members left to send my paychecks to. This is where them scam artist like the hmoobrock will say ...send it to me, I'll be your personal bank.
