Statistically:
Death by abortion - over 600,000/yr; the Left/Dem are fighting to keep murdering babies alive and called it "women's right".
Death from Obesity - 280,000/yr - but the Left is pushing fat is healthy (stop body shaming)
Death from medical error - 250,000/yr - it's no wonder medicine cost so much - high insurance to cover their @sses
Death from Alzhermer - 122,000/yr
Death from drug overduse - 70,000 in 2019 to 90,000 in 2020 and it's getting worst - let's legalized more drug.
Death from flu - 50,000/yr, no one cares about it anymore, it's the norm
Death from suicide - 45,000/yr with 1million attempted
Death from motor accident - 35,000/yr; speed are being increased and company building more powerful and bigger vehicles.
However, in 2020 - the worst gun violence ever recorded showed death by gun suicide is about 40,000: 24,000 suicide- 14,000 murder- 500 accidental.
We can't really count the 24,000 suicide because it's "Their Body, Their Choice"... >:D
So, why gun control is such a big issue? It's because the gov't want to disarmed the masses. When you have the gov't control the masses, you get Tyranny. Australia is a perfect example, they had that massive gun buyback (disarming the citizens) and when covid hit, they put out laws where the people of authority harassed the regular Joes and Janes.

The mother of rapist protect her son from the media and claim that the victim was making up false narratives. The eye-witnesses already saw the rapist at the party no doubt. She didn't care what happen to the victim and rather be ignorant during the rest of the interrogation. if you're referencing the buffalo shooter...woul dn't you believe less people would have died if additional people had a gun on them (instead of just the security guard)? and for that specific reason (having a gun on him), the security guard was able to prevent more deaths.
NY has one the strictest gun laws, it didn't prevent the shooting.
It also goes to prove law enforcement can't protect you...they knew of the shooter way before the incident and failed to intervene.
my advise to you is to turn in your guns.
