The culture seeing it as the norm. You know it is culture when you joke about it and it doesn't hurt them one bit.
I heard and know a few OG hmong guys are like this. They even collaborate for a thailand trip, 1x a year for their vacation. Married wives at home can't say chit because the culture dictates.
Their kids may or may not respect their own dad and will use their daddy's bad habits for their own excuses for cheating on their wives. Where does this cycle ends?
